The Lunch Bag is a healthy school lunch delivery service, designed to empower children to make educated, healthy food choices. We are setting a tradition for the future, where children can avail of a healthy, varied lunch every day without the constraint of cost or food waste.

Your role will include:

• Ensure all new hires get their starter packs/contracts (through DocuSign) and associated training.
• Reply to employee queries via emails and phone calls.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records, including personal details, employment contracts, leave records, and performance evaluations.
• HR Documentation: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR-related documents, such as policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and job descriptions.
• HR Database Management: Manage the Master HR excel, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports as required.
• General Administrative Tasks: Support the HR team with general administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence.

Salary: €28,500 yearly salary
