The Role:

As Marketing Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing team. You’ll be the backbone that supports day-to-day tasks and helps our campaigns run seamlessly from start to finish. This role offers the opportunity to work across departments making a real impact in bringing our brand to life. Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Provide essential support to the marketing team.
• Campaign Coordination: Help organize and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Vendor Relations: Manage communication with external vendors (printers, designers, media outlets) to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
• Marketing Material Management: Oversee the organization and distribution of marketing assets like brochures, posters, and promotional items.
• Social Media & Website Support: Assist with keeping social media channels and the company website up-to-date with fresh, engaging content.
• Brand Communication: Support the development of brand-aligned messaging and communications strategies.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing marketing events such as school initiatives, sponsorships, and conferences.
• Internal Communication: Keep all departments informed of ongoing marketing efforts, ensuring cohesion across the company.
