About the Role
Are you a natural leader who loves to build relationships and make things happen? This role is your chance to help more children across Ireland access healthy, delicious meals every day. You’ll lead a team of Regional Managers, grow our reach in schools, and play a key role in shaping The Lunch Bag’s next chapter of growth.

What You’ll Do

- Drive growth and new opportunities in our hot school meals programme.

- Lead, support, and motivate a team of Regional Managers on the road.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities for growth.

- Work closely with operations to ensure every customer receives an excellent service.

- Be a key player in expanding our national impact on child nutrition.

Who You Are

- 6+ years’ experience leading sales or operational teams.

- Proven track record in business development and relationship management.

- Strategic thinker who’s also hands-on and solution-focused.

- Confident communicator with a positive, people-first approach.

- Excited to work in a mission-driven environment where impact matters.
